General Terms and Conditions

for the Sale of Online Tickets

1. General / Scope

1.1 The following General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to the purchase of online tick-ets and to all resulting relationships between Zillertaler Gletscherbahn GmbH & Co KG (Commercial Register No. 18574s) and the user ("Customer").

1.2 The GTC are expressly accepted by the customer by clicking on the "I have read and accepted the GTC" declaration in the online ticket shop. This documentation can be printed, saved, or downloaded as a PDF file.

1.3 Zillertaler Gletscherbahn GmbH & Co KG assumes no liability for the error-free function-ing of the website and the online ticket shop (Ski Performance). Furthermore, no guarantee is given for the accuracy of the information contained in the online presence. Zillertaler Gletscherbahn GmbH & Co KG expressly reserves the right to temporarily take the homep-age and the online ticket shop offline for the purposes of updating, maintenance and, if nec-essary, troubleshooting.

2. Order / Conclusion of Contract

2.1 Persons 18 years of age and older are eligible to order tickets. Registration with a valid email address is required to purchase tickets online. Before submitting the order, the custom-er receives an overview of the contents of their entire order, including prices, which can be corrected or confirmed in the shopping cart.

2.2 Upon receipt of the order by Zillertaler Gletscherbahn GmbH & Co. KG, the contract for the purchase of the ticket(s) is concluded between Zillertaler Gletscherbahn GmbH & Co. KG (Company Register No. 18574s) and the customer.

2.3 Tickets are only valid for the dates or periods selected by the customer during the order-ing process. Tickets can only be redeemed on the selected date (or period). Late redemption is not possible.

3. Prices / Payment / Ticket Provision

3.1 The prices of Zillertaler Gletscherbahn GmbH & Co. KG apply, as per the applicable price lists or as shown in the online ticket shop. All prices are in euros and include the applicable statutory sales tax.

3.2 The following payment and shipping methods are available:

1. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard): Purchased tickets/codes can be found in your account and will also be sent to your inbox by email.

2. Voucher redemption: The voucher value will be deducted from the ticket price. Any out-standing difference can be paid by credit card. If the ticket price is lower than the voucher value, the voucher will be partially redeemed.

3.3 The purchase process is complete after successful payment. This makes the purchase binding.

4. Withdrawal / Cancellation / Rebooking / Cancellation

4.1 Withdrawal:

Withdrawal from the contract is possible if a written cancellation is sent to Zillertaler Gletscherbahn GmbH & Co KG within 14 days of receiving the ticket(s). It is sufficient if the cancellation notice is sent within this period without stating any reasons. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has already begun within the cancellation period. Af-ter receipt of the cancellation notice, the amount will be credited to the credit card used for payment. Only customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act can exercise the right of return.

4.2 Cancellation Conditions:

A processing fee of €10.00 will be charged for cancellations.

Cancellations made three weeks before the booked date are only possible upon presentation of a medical certificate. Otherwise, no refund of the purchased tickets will be made. The pro-cessing fee is due in all cases.

We will refund as follows:

Payments made by credit card will be credited to your credit card without request.

No refunds are possible in the event of a no-show for the booked appointment.

4.3 Rebookings on-site are not possible.

4.4 In the event of a technical or weather-related suspension of operations, there is no enti-tlement to a refund.

4.5 In the event of a technical or weather-related suspension of operations, no expenses (e.g., travel, hotel) will be reimbursed.

6. Other Provisions / Place of Jurisdiction

6.1 The customer is obligated to provide all relevant data requested in the contract completely and correctly upon conclusion of the contract.

6.2 In the event of incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information provided by the customer, the customer shall be liable for all costs and damages incurred by Zillertaler Gletscherbahn GmbH & CO KG as a result.

6.3 The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, Austria
